Background
Summit Street is a wine education service founded under the premise that anyone who enjoys wine could enjoy it even more! Through in-home wine classes and tastings, curated food and wine experiences and corporate events and retreats, Summit Street brings the sommelier experience straight to you. Through Summit Street, I aim to fill the gap between restaurant sommelier and the wine shop experience. I strive to empower my clients with the skills to confidently navigate a wine list or wine shop all from the comfort of their home or in my relaxed and festive classroom setting.
I came to wine after careers in advertising and interior design, receiving my certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2017. Most recently, I built the corporate Wine Program for First Republic Bank to support our portfolio of winery clients through corporate gifting, concierge services, local and national events, corporate partnerships and content creation. I am pleased to be able to offer these services to wineries through the Summit Street Consulting.
As a Bay Area native, I have a deep love for California wines that I’ve happily shared with my clients throughout the nation. Due to my training at the International Culinary Center in New York City and my work with East Coast clients, I’ve come to appreciate the beauty and versatility of Old World wines as well. My current wine pairings often include a curated selection of both New World and Old World wines.
Many of my favorite life memories have included a glass of wine in hand. I started Summit Street to make it easier for you to have one in yours.
